CI: silence failures of the leak-report job

Until #1526 (closed) is solved, it's really not useful to have the leak report job appear failed. Even with allow_failure: true it's still noise for those who glance through the CI results.

This MR propose to "silence" it by making it always return ok.

Of course once fully working the idea is to unsilence it...
