Update renovate configuration for sylva-library update

What does this MR do and why?

This MR try to get ride of some errors seen during sylva-library update. It remove an unnecesary , and try to use helm update command directly from the main path as it seem all commands are run in different subshell (I'm not sure the cd is correctly taken into account at all steps)
