Remove bonded configuration for libvirt-metal in upgrades from 1.1.1

What does this MR do and why?

Closes #1581 (closed)

I first tried to enable bonding in 1.1.1, but unfortunately it needs that change in s-c-c, otherwise does not work on ubuntu. This change is only included in s-c-c v0.2.33, whereas 1.1.1 uses s-c-c v0.2.28.

That's why I did the other way around, and disabled bonding in main.
