Cleanup unit report script
What does this MR do and why?
.gitlab/ci/scripts/units-reports.py was used in the early stage of the project to track which unit are up or not, today we don't really need it anymore as we have the atimeline and a lot of improvment in sylvactl. Also as we moved to child pipeline the reports results are no more reported in MR
