Fix capd errors

• Do not set ntp servers for capd as it is not supported by this provider
• Use standard capd image as capd-for-rke2 has now an healthcheck that is specific to rke2
• In order to be consistent with ntp-servers.tpl (and other files), registry_mirrors.tpl file is renamed to registry-mirrors.tpl (in a specific commit)
