Increase libvirt metal vm resources

I observed on a local deployment that some nodes were under memory pressure during upgrades

We also observed some InsuffisentCPU in some CI runs as this one: https://gitlab.com/sylva-projects/sylva-core/-/jobs/7292964637

Increase memory and CPU as current runners can accomodate with that.
