root-dependency Job should not kubectl-wait on root-dependency-* Kustomizations

!2305 (merged) was incomplete: for the root-dependency wait Job to ignore the root-dependency-* Kustomizations, we need to unset the sylva-units/root-dependency-wait label on those Kustomizations -- I mean this is obvious and was the intent of !2305 (merged), except that I actually failed to implement this part 🙄
