Improve workload cluster deletion log and logic

What does this MR do and why?

Minor improvement, put the debug on exit logs in a dedicated collapsed section to avoid flooding the console.

debug on exit is now run in after_script to simplify the logic. If any of the deletion commands failed the job will be in error
