Add `ceph-csi-cephfs` unit to reuse existing Ceph cluster for Bare metal deployment

This MR adds a new Sylva unit called ceph-csi-cephfs.

By adding ceph-csi-cephfs unit, we can use the existing/external Ceph cluster for Baremetal Deployment.

The unit creates a storage class that can provide many features.
