Document Deployment of a Full Baremetal MGMT Cluster

What does this MR do and why?

This MR describes how to deploy Sylva on a Complete Baremetal Cluster:

• A Virtual Machine acting as the BootStrap Machine
• Management Cluster setup completely on Baremetal Hosts
• Workload Cluster deployed on Baremetal Hosts

It also describes how can various Baremetal Hosts be used either as K8s control-plane or workers or both.
