drift corrections on rancher-roles-management for workload cluster

The same drift corrections as one observed on the following issue #3500 (closed) have been observed on workload cluster.

!6787 (merged) fix the issue on values.yaml. Same fix should be applied on charts/sylva-units/workload-cluster.values.yaml
