CI: no test of "logging" unit happening since ~mid February

Following a comment by @cristian.manda around !3721 (merged), I'm observing that we've been having the logging unit disabled in all CI pipelines since the merge of sylva-projects/sylva-elements/ci-tooling/ci-deployment-values!174 (merged)

Before that we had the capm3-misc job that was testing it.
