Consider introducing _capm3-virt-misc_ CI variant

The following discussion from !2395 (merged) should be addressed:

  We should do a capm3-virt-misc (suggested by Remi in !2363 (comment 2012242949)) and enable it there also, quite soon.
  

This capm3-virt-misc variant could be used for enabling components of the stack that are more mature for the baremetal deployment and less present in hypervisor-based deployments, like:

• test Kepler
• test KubeVirt
