mmc: SDMMC1 fixes
- Support pad calibration (increases sd card compatibility by supporting card that are intolerant to signal jitter)
- Fix SD power setting
- Fix 400KHz detect clock for SD
- Wait more before resending OP cond
- Fix SDMMC register struct
