Ui toggle annotations keyframes editing

Félix David requested to merge Tilix4/stax:ui_toggle_annotations_keyframes_editing into 2.0

Description of change

  • New sequencer.toggle_annotations_keyframes operator to toggle the keyframes editor for the annotations.

How to test it

  • Click on Annotations Keyframes Editing button.
  • Draw annotations
