Add links to previous regexle puzzles

I've added a feature to allow users to play previous regexle puzzles. The links are at the bottom of the sidebar for now with minimal styling. I've kept the script for this feature separate from the main script to separate concerns. Happy to take feedback on any aspects of the feature.
