Get overview of deals in Pipedrive which can be used for contracts

PIPEDRIVE_HOST = "https://svia.pipedrive.com" (same as !650 (closed)) or PIPEDRIVE_HOST = "https://svia-dev.pipedrive.com"

PIPEDRIVE_SECRET = "...." and PIPEDRIVE_CLIENT_ID = "...." (get these from the Marketplace Manager in Pipedrive) PIPEDRIVE_CALLBACK_URL = "..../contracts/callback/" (should be equal to what is set in the Marketplace Manager)
