ov slide: replace 9292 with the ovinfo api

uses the ovinfo app api, an "internal" api of ovinfo that combines the bus and train departures, derived from the normal ovinfo api. also adds alerts of the station to the top of the info board. fix so that the clock is visible from the initial load, instead of after one second, and make the separator blinking.
