Update the ci scripts

This MR removes the tagged packaging jobs since they were the same as normal master packaging jobs.

Also suites are now picked up better. If they don't contain a keyword the stable suite is assumed otherwise the given keyword is taken.

Key words are searched for in behind the last hyphen('-') in the tag.
