Adds support for the Yeelight LED Screen Light Bar Pro YLTD003 (lamp15)

Also overrides the bulb_type to return BulbType.WhiteTempMood. This model seems to unexpectedly return values for rgb even though the main light is a white color temperature led. See #66 (closed).
