Use a different port for the `ipfs` process
Port 8080
is commonly used by developers for local work, and it is not clear without some digging that the ipfs
'Gateway' is what is using it when first encountering port/address-already-in-use errors on attempts to bind to 8080
.
I'd recommend Hearth/IPFS use a more obscure port# for the gateway access.
