User-categorized spam via email addresses
This is related to #59 (closed) that I opened a while back. To allow user-set categorization on the first forward to mnesty, how about creating several new mnesty.com email addresses to forward to, one for each category? When I receive a spam that I know is recruiting spam, I'll forward it to recruiting@mnesty.com rather than sp@. Money spams I'll send to money@ and so on. The system can use the received-on email address to set the spam category and then pull from the appropriate set of messages for the first response to the spammer. sp@ would remain functional as always.
This seems like it would be a very simple and foolproof approach for the user, probably easy to implement in the code, and not much of a configuration hassle at Mailgun.
