ux: add go to private chat button

Development of #836 (closed).

It's my first contribution to Manyverse and the first time I'm working with Cycle and xstream, so I took a simple issue to starting learning how things work.

I would appreciate a code review and tips how I could improve it. Specially about src/frontend/screens/profile/navigation.ts.
