Two-tier follow relationship

Normal follow will make your Manyverse replicate only that peer, strong follow will make your Manyverse replicate that peer PLUS all their friends

  • UI/UX design for "normal follow" versus "strong follow"
  • Normal follow has distance 1.5
  • Strong follow has distance 1
  • Hard code config.friends.hops to 2 (because we rely on 1.5 + 1 > 2 for normal follows)
  • Remove configurable hops range from Settings screen
