- this commits includes a folder refactoring to make the file tree simpler
- global variables injection now follows the "Λ{...}" pattern for the specified variables
- move PUBLIC_HOST global variable back to the code, since it requires a new deployment to take effect
- define a VERSION global variable to have one source of truth on the matter
- update README for anyone to be able to run the playbook
- remove resource zip artifact since it is generated by the CI
