Updating various properties + README for VSC 2022

Spent a while trying to get this working with VS Code but this doesn't play well when the NuGet packages are missing and g++ doesn't like it.

VSC 2022 needed a few tweaks. Made some project changes + Updated the README.md just to make this foolproof (for fools like me).
