Remove inappropriate content and create proper project README

This PR addresses issue #6 (closed) by removing inappropriate content from the repository and establishing proper project documentation.

Changes Made

Removed: The readme file contained inappropriate content including:

  • Instructions for bypassing AI safety measures
  • "Uncensored model" creation guides
  • Inappropriate character prompts designed to circumvent content policies
  • Content unrelated to the legitimate project purpose

Added: A new README.md file with proper project documentation that:

  • Clearly describes the Dolphin Mistral Codespace project
  • Provides installation and deployment instructions
  • Documents the Environment Directors security system
  • Includes proper project structure and contribution guidelines
  • Maintains professional standards appropriate for an AI model deployment platform

Impact

The repository now has clean, appropriate documentation that accurately represents its legitimate purpose: AI model deployment and environment management with advanced security monitoring capabilities. All existing functionality remains intact while removing content that was inappropriate for a professional development environment.

Fixes #6 (closed).
