Multipart suggestions

Closes #2 (closed), #3 (closed) #5 (closed) and #6 (closed).

For #2 (closed), the suggestion message is enough of an introduction if you ask me. #5 (closed) is out of scope for codespan. The user can write the help: -prefix if they want.
