Unify resolution specifications to a single format.

Previously videomode(5) and chvideomode(1) on the command line used "WIDTHxHEIGHTxBPP" while chvideomode(1) interactively used "BPP x WIDTH x HEIGHT". Change everything to use the order of WIDTHxHEIGHTxBPP, but allow optional spaces.

Requires !121 (merged) to be merged first.
