Add teletransporter getters and setters

Add an API to get and set the properties of an existing teletransporter: the sound, the destination map, the destination place, etc. Make sure that even if this properties are changed from teletransporter:on_activated(), their new value is applied immediately. This will allow to let teletransporter decide at the last moment where they go.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
