Target movement has wrong speed
I created a target movement to fixed coordinates and assigned it to a surface. The behavior is strange where it works as expected when moving upward but uses the wrong speed when moving downward (Is 32 the default speed? The API documentation doesn't appear to specify the default value).
Steps to reproduce:
The attached sample menu demonstrates the problem:

Create a new quest and use this menu instead of the solarus_logo.lua script. Then use the up and down keys to move the green surface. Debug info is printed to the console.
The movement speed is set to 96, which works when the movement is up but 32 is used when the movement is down. Is this a bug or do I have a problem with my script?
Tested on Solarus 1.5.3 for Mac 10.14
