Map Editor Tutorial

Cluedrew Kenfar Ink requested to merge Cluedrew/solarus-website-docs:map-editor into master

This converts the section video from the 1.6 tutorial series to text. Originally it was going to be almost a transcription, but that doesn't work so I made something new that goes over the same or very similar content. I plan to do this for more video is the future, at least to get a base of content for the textual tutorials.

Images I got via screen-shots, except for the one with symbols which Max made for me.
