Add a desktop file and install the hicolor icons.

This adds a desktop file and installs the icons in data/logos/ to ${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/share/icons/hicolor/. This code was borrowed from other solarus games like zelda-roth-se and zsxd.
