prepare config of centosinfra-prod's tenant "opendev.org"

  • Reorganize pipelines, jobs, project definitions
  • Disable post playbooks related to logs publishing (we need to update the logserver secret once the tenant is properly configured)
  • Comment out third party check pipeline until the tenant pipeline is working properly
