Lexical: display only the username in mentions, trim Nostr mentions
Summary
When you @ someone, it renders only their username with a tool top of their full @. Also trims Nostr usernames.
This is only a first pass. Because I was struggling to fix some other bugs, I can at least make Lexical more worth it in the meantime.
