Removed extra "-"s in a <!-- --> comment (index.Rmd)

Bisma Joyosumarto requested to merge BismaBRJ/easypeasy:BismaBRJ-master-patch-45753 into master

This is in an attempt to solve this issue, assuming that a <!-- --> comment was intended (just like in HTML) instead of a <!--- ---> comment, in which a double-hyphen is somehow "detected" and is not allowed, which had produced the error.
