Remove references to honor system

Iko requested to merge remove-honor-system-refs into master

Remove references to an honor "system", per comment in !26 (closed). This does not remove references to the Honor Code for General Users (honor-users) or to the Honor Pledge (honor-pledge), though that could also be done if applicable.
