The Wi-Fi and BT chip on the Oneplus 8 Pro (instantnoodlep) stopped working around v6.11 as reported on postmarketOS's Matrix room.
I've personally never tried anything other than v6.11 on my Oneplus 8 Pro, as I've never used postmarketOS on this device before.

Long story short, I've noticed that the Wi-Fi and BT module were broken, so I've fixed it.
This MR makes the chip work again, and restores the Wi-Fi and BT functionality on instantnoodlep:
