Google Pixel 4 (google-flame) initial support

Hi everyone, the following MR add supports for the Google Pixel 4 (google-flame), a few sm8150 platform changes and other max77826 changes (used by the Pixel 4 cameras).

Changes:

  • google-flame:
    • Regulator configurations for PM8150, PM8150B, PM8150L, and MAX77826
    • Reserved memories ranges
    • Framebuffer (simple-framebuffer)
    • AMOLED panel driver with software-based 60Hz/90Hz refresh rate switching
    • GPU (fully operational)
    • Thermal zones
    • Hardware buttons
    • Flashlight
    • USB
    • UFS storage
  • sm8150/pm8150*:
    • Add ICE node for UFS
    • Add vph_pwr and vcoin ADC channels
    • Add refgen regulator
  • max77826:
    • Add gpio-enable support
