Added full Brazillian Portuguese Translation

Hi, I've previously translated other projects (such as Mumble, Wikipedia, Minecraft.jp, et al.) and only recently have found out about SleepyHead. What a nice surprise to find amazing free software in this niche area. Hopefully this is the intended process for adding entirely new translations, thanks in advance for your guidance!
