Added support for the Satellite element
Benefits
It allows designers to use more element types, which gives more options. Additionally, it allows to convert effects from older games that also use the Satellite element.
Testing
Create an effect, add a satellite, change some of the values, save it and reload it and check if all values are still set. Add the effect in the map editor and check it doesn't crash.
