AT2-860 ADR-35 Integration Testing Fixes

This MR includes fixes identified when integrating ADR-35 changes to SKAMPI:

• Rename workflow_id and workflow_type field names to name and kind in SDP WorkFlow class
• Update Telescope Model library version
