Updated TMC, CSP, CBF, SDP and OET docker images.These images are in alignment with ADR-3, ADR-4 and ADR-10.
Refactored the TMC integration test cases and the bdd test cases to generate JSON strings as per ADR-3, ADR- and ADR-10.
