CT-973 integrate latest CSP charts

• use last ska-mid-csp-lmc chart (0.16.2)
• use an update char to ska-mid-cnf-mcs (0.7.0)
• fix a bug in the configuration file related to the zoomWindow value
• support ADR-32 dishId even if (for the moment) only MKT dishes can be assigned
