ORC-1636: update vis-receive test to use script version 1.0.0

I've added back an updated vis-receive test and also changed teardown of this specific test in the hope it'll speed things up a bit (it's still not a fast test...)

I've run the pipeline 5 times after the last commit and all succeeded. However, before that, the pipeline of the actual commit failed with the mid tests. I didn't change anything there. This is the error: https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/ska-skampi/-/jobs/4356552983 After retriggering it, the pipeline passed with no change in the code and it's been passing since. (note, my test only runs in low)

The error says the code cannot connect to the SDP controller device, because it's not defined in the db. I'm not sure what we want to do with this? Should it be merged? I doubt the error has anything to do with my updates, but I also don't know why this failure happened once (I thought similar issues were already fixed in skallop).
