AT-489: Attempted green pipeline on master branch

This Merge Request aims to enable teams that want to merge urgent work into the Skampi master branch, to complete their tasks.

The effort was mainly driven from the Skampi issues spreadsheet, and co-ordinated partially by team Atlas and others.

Team Atlas cannot confirm that all issues are resolved, and we are also uncertain at this point if all bugs have been raised appropriately, as this was done in haste.
