New stand-alone gridder

Daniel Mitchell requested to merge yan-756-light-weight_calcNE_object_for_JACAL into master

Some of the Yandasoft gridding classes have been imported into Jacal and are used by a new component called CalcNElight. In subsequent stories the data accessors will also be imported, then simplified and modified.
