Updated the interface to the realtime.receive.core and module libraries. There was an unintended breaking change in the interface to these repos. And as this is used in the testing of them a cyclic dependency was created. This has been temporarily alleviated by the removal of some pre-refactoring BDD tests. The functionality of which now exists in the modules.
