CIP-1957 remove receptor 1 vcc gain file

Summary:

Remove the vcc gain file that otherwise will be used for receptor 1, band 1.

Description:

The gain file has a vcc gain that is too high and is causing problems in the signal chain. Until CIP-1906 remove the file so that all receptors will default to the `internal_params_default.json` that currently sets all the gains to 1.
