CIP-608 log format

There are new HPS logging macros in the format of [file_name:line] message. Updated log consumer to parse the file name and line number.

Also some minor fixes I noticed along the way. hps master script not executable for some mysterious reason. And rm returns fail status if the directory is already empty.
